Lead Attorney

For more than 10 years, Michael has been recognized, by his peers and clients, as one of the top national legal experts focused on Fiance Visa Attorney and Marriage-Based Immigration Law. He has assisted thousands of clients through the intricacies of the laws and procedures at the USCIS (formerly “INS”), Department of State, and U.S. Embassies all around the world.

Prior to starting this fiance visa attorney and marriage visa practice, in 1997, Michael S. Solomon was one of the Founders and President of Omnilaw Legal Plans, Inc., a company dedicated to providing Americans with affordable access to legal and financial services. Today the company currently manages a network of over 16,000 attorneys and financial professionals and serves over 4 million eligible employees, families and members of various financial institutions. He has also been involved in several start-up companies in the legal and financial fields and spent 10 years in the Entertainment business managing musical artists, songwriters, and mixers and producing theatrical and musical events, as well as major label recordings.

Michael S. Solomon received his Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a member in good standing with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The New York State Bar. He is proud to be a marriage and fiance visa attorney and is considered one of the top fiance visa attorneys in his field. He married Erika, after she arrived on a K1 Visa and they live in New York with their son Luke.

Stanley N. Solomon, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Stanley has over 40 years of legal experience in general law, family law, and immigration law fields. Prior to joining the firm and becoming a fiance visa attorney and marriage visa specialist, Stanley ran his own law practice and consulted for a number of firms in the New York City area.

He also received his Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University. He is a member in good standing with The New York State Bar. He is proud to join his son and devote his time to being a fiance visa attorney and marriage visa expert.

Erika I. Solomon

General Manager and U.S.C.I.S Liason

Erika is a native of Bolivia and before coming to America on a Fiance Visa to marry Michael she was studying Law at the University of UPSA (Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz). After her arrival, she got very involved  at the Law Offices of Michael S. Solomon and helped to take it from a small practice to the size it is today–assisting thousands of clients around the world. Erika handles all cases and acts as one of our Latin America Overseas Support Staff members.

Erika is also the firm’s U.S.C.I.S Liason and concentrates on our client’s I-129F, I-130 Petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications, as well as, keeping everyone at the firm up to date on all U.S.C.I.S. procedures and policies.

Erika lives in New York with Michael and their son, Luke and Luke’s two Beta fish Eva and Nemo.

Katelyn Brador

Paralegal and U.S. Embassies Liason

Katelyn, whose entire family is from the Dominican Republic, has been an immigration paralegal for over 5 years. She has worked with several immigration law firms handling family based petitions and adjustment of status applications, as well as, other non-immigrant and immigrant visas and Consular filings.

At the firm, Katelyn is our U.S. Embassy Liason, concentrating on all Consular Processing of visas abroad. She also assists the firm with certain I-130 Petitions and all Adjustment of Status applications.

She received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY Cortland and currently lives in New York City with her dog Blacky and her boyfriend, Hector.

Teresa Williams

Paralegal.

Teresa has been a paralegal and customer service director for over 20 years for a variety of law firms and legal services organizations. Teresa mainly assists the firm with administrative and clerical work.
