• USCIS Forms Preparation
  Our office will prepare all USCIS forms for you based on the information and documents provided by you and your fiance (e). Upon completion, we will send the forms for your review and signature. Once our office receives the signed forms back from the both of you, we prepare the petition package and submit it to the appropriate service center via express mail.
  
  
• Collection of Form Information
  Our office will contact you and your fiance (e) and obtain all information needed to fill out the forms, unless the information is already provided by you. Through the use of our interactive electronic questionnaires, you and your fiance (e) provide the information to our online database which will speed up the process.
  
  
• Supporting Document Advice
  Our office will provide you and your fiance (e) with all necessary advice to the best of our ability regarding the collection of supporting documents for the USCIS petition and Embassy interview.
  
  
• USCIS Application Preparation
  In the interest of expediting USCIS review of your K-1 visa/K-3 visa petition, our office will prepare your petition according to the highest professional standards, and every effort will be made to make the application as complete, accurate and easy to review as possible, so that the USCIS official is encouraged to approve the application as soon as possible. This will include a complete collated presentation--according to USCIS specifications and requirements--including properly formatted cover letter, table of contents, tabbed sections, fasteners, and other supporting documentation.
  
  
• Continued Monitoring With USCIS
  Our office will handle all telephone, mail, and fax contact with the USCIS. In extraordinary circumstances, we may ask you to voluntarily contact the USCIS and/or US Embassy to aid our office's efforts to expedite your k-1 visa case. Your voluntary agreement to undertake such contact will not be deemed as a failure by our firm to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
  
  
• Continued Monitoring and Correspondence With Foreign Embassy
  Our office will handle all necessary telephone, mail, and fax contact with the U.S. Embassy. In extraordinary circumstances, we may ask you or your Fiance (e) to voluntarily contact the the US Embassy to aid our office's efforts to expedite your case. You or your Fiance (e)'s voluntary agreement to undertake such contact will not be deemed as a failure by our firm to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
  
  
• Embassy K-1 Visa Application Preparation
  Shortly after we submit the USCIS Petition, our office will prepare all Embassy forms and your Affidavit of Support for your Fiance (e) and mail them to your Fiance (e). This shall include advice, collection, preparation, and proper collation of all forms and advice for additional supporting documents.
  
  
• Office Contact and K-1 Visa Interview Preparation With Fiance (e)
  Our office will also contact your Fiance (e) prior to the interview to prepare and review documents to ensure that he/she will be prepared, comfortable, and relaxed for the k-1 visa Embassy Interview.
  
   
• Fiancee Network Support Contact and K-1 Visa Interview Preparation With Fiance (e)
  In addition, at your request, your Fiance (e) may also talk to a former K-1 Visa applicant prior to the interview. Many of our clients find this service to be highly informative and calming before the k-1 visa interview.
