NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER

The Nebraska Service Center currently receives and processes all I-130 Petitions filed by U.S. Citizens residing in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

As of April 25, 2007 the current processing time (from receipt to approval) is approximately 150-180 days.
