TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

The Texas Service Center currently receives all I-129F Petitions filed by U.S. Citizens residing in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

However, the Texas Service Center is currently routing all I-130 Petitions for spouses of U.S. Citizens to the California Service Center for processing.

As of April 25, 2007, the current processing time (from receipt to approval) is approximately 180 days.
