VERMONT SERVICE CENTER

The Vermont Service Center currently receives and processes all I-130Petitions filed by U.S. Citizens residing in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.

As of April 25, 2007, the current processing time (from receipt to approval) is approximately 150 days.
