In addition to our law firm’s comprehensive fiancee visa application/marriage visa services including all attorney-prepared k1 and k3 visa forms, embassy forms and documents and legal assistance/interview preparation for your foreign fiancee or spouse, we also pioneered the Overseas Network Support.

After hundreds of interviews, we discovered what clients really want and value in terms of fiancee/spousal support was first-hand advice and experience from former fiancees or spouses who have actually lived it. That is why we pioneered and created a staff of former fiancees or spouses that are available to assist and speak with your fiancee/spouse prior to his or her fiancee visa application or marriage visa interview.

You and your fiancee or spouse will greatly benefit by being able to have one of our staff members speak to them in their native tongues about the same fears, concerns, and interview they will be getting ready to experience. The time right before the k1 visa application/interview or marriage visa interview can be incredibly stressful. By talking to both a lawyer and a former fiancee/spouse your fiancee or spouse can feel assured, comfortable, and thouroughly prepared for the “big day.”

Hello my name is Zairen and I too went through this process just like you and your fiancée or spouse are about to begin. I was born in Tacloban City, and lived in Malate, Manila before I moved to the United States. I met my American husband, Glenn, while he was working there, and we now both live in New York.

I know you will have many questions about K1 Visa or CR1 Visa procedures in the Philippines and may have heard stories about those who have been denied visas at the Manila Embassy. My fiancé and I retained the services of Mr. Solomon’s firm and had a smooth and worry free experience.

As your Overseas Support Staffer, you will be able to contact me by email (in our native language, of course—unless you prefer English) or phone immediately upon retaining the firm. We can email, chat online, or arrange a phone call during the process if you prefer. I will be available to explain what you will need to do, answer any questions, and even make recommendations on where to stay in Manila!

Hello and thanks for visiting the Law Offices of Michael S. Solomon website. I’m Erika and I immigrated here on a K1 Visa from South America (Bolovia) to marry Michael. We currently live in New York and I am not only one of the Overseas Support Staff members, but also the General Manager and USCIS Liason for the office.
